Dr. Chalmer offers Intensive Hypnotherapy sessions of 75 minutes and up.  In addition to addressing your issues using hypnosis with Dr. Chalmer, you’ll also learn self-hypnosis, which is a powerful tool you’ll use yourself to reinforce and maintain the gains you make in sessions.

Intensive Hyponotherapy sessions can also be used for other modalities of therapy (including EMDR), which can often benefit from having extended time available.
